Job Description

We are looking for a versatile Software Developer who loves building solutions to solve real business problems. You will not just be writing code; you will be building tools that make our operation team's life easier.

This role is unique because it covers three exciting areas:

Mobile App Development

: You will lead the development of our future customer-facing mobile app.

Internal Tools

: You will build web dashboards for our staff to view data and manage orders.

Business Automation

: You will write scripts to automate manual tasks (e.g., auto-reply WhatsApp, sync sales data).
We don't expect you to know everything on Day 1, but you must be strong in JavaScript and willing to learn fast.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Mobile Application (Future Project)

Lead the development of the company's cross-platform mobile app (iOS & Android) using React Native. Plan the app structure and ensure it runs smoothly for thousands of users.

2. Web Dashboard & Internal Systems

Develop and maintain internal web dashboards (using React.js or Vue.js) to help the Operation & Finance teams visualize sales data. Ensure the system interface (UI) is clean and easy for non-technical staff to use.

3. Business Automation & Scripting

Use automation tools (like n8n) combined with custom JavaScript/Node.js scripts to automate repetitive tasks. Example: Automatically injecting sales orders from TikTok/Shopee into our internal system.

4. Backend & API Support

Assist the technical team in creating and maintaining RESTful APIs to ensure data flows correctly between our mobile app and database. Perform data validation to prevent errors in commission calculations and order processing.

REQUIREMENTS

Technical Skills:

Must Have: Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and Node.js. Mobile Development: Experience with React Native is a huge plus. (If you use Flutter but are willing to switch to React Native, you are welcome to apply). Web Development: Familiar with modern frontend frameworks like Vue.js, React, or Tailwind CSS. Database: Basic understanding of SQL (MySQL) is required.

Soft Skills:

Problem Solver: You prefer finding solutions (automating tasks) rather than doing manual work. Adaptable: You are comfortable shifting focus between building a mobile app and writing backend scripts depending on business needs. Language: Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
