• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of leading teams in

delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

• Strong proficiency in .NET Framework, C#, MSSQL, and React Native, with hands-on experience in

building scalable web and mobile applications.

• Experience in the payroll domain is highly desirable, with knowledge of payroll processes, tax

regulations, and compliance requirements.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams,

stakeholders, and cross-functional collaborations.
Tanggungjawab

• Lead and manage a team of software developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to

ensure successful project delivery.

• Software development for Athena web and mobile related project.

• Ensure development job with quality assurance.

• Develop and maintain server-side logic, APIs, and databases to support the frontend.

• Design and implement user-friendly, responsive, and visually appealing web interfaces using modern

frontend technologies

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other

developers, to deliver high-quality products.

• Troubleshoot and resolve full stack issues, optimizing the flow of data and ensuring smooth

communication between systems.

• Implement automated testing strategies for both frontend and backend components.

• Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from initial concept to deployment and

maintenance, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance
processes.

• Conduct regular code reviews, performance evaluations, and technical assessments to ensure high quality deliverables and continuous improvement.

• Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in payroll software

development, leveraging new tools and techniques to enhance our products and services.

• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the development team,

promoting knowledge sharing, teamwork, and professional growth.
