We are seeking a skilled and proactive Software Developer with more than 2 years of experience in software engineering, project management, and database management. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions, managing technical projects from planning through deployment, and ensuring efficient database performance and integrity.
Tanggungjawab
Software Development & Engineering

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software applications.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using languages such as Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.
• Collaborate with QA to ensure software meets quality and performance standards.

Project Management

• Coordinate and manage software development projects using Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Track progress, manage resources, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and roadblocks to relevant teams and leadership.

Database Management

• Design, develop, and maintain relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB) databases.
• Optimize queries and manage database performance and tuning.
• Implement and maintain backup, recovery, and data security procedures.
• Work closely with backend developers and data teams to ensure efficient data flow and storage.
