About QS Position Summary: We are looking for a software developer to join our new Conversational AI team in Kuala Lumpur. The ideal candidate will have a passion for using technology to create innovative solutions and a strong background in natural language processing, machine learning and software development. Design, develop and maintain conversational AI user experiences, components and related plugins for various scenarios and use cases to support our strategic objectives. Work closely with key stakeholders to determine user requirements and domain and create effective conversational flows and language models. Train and use prompt engineering to establish, test and debug domain language models to ensure optimum reliability and information accuracy. Integrate conversational AI with our programmable contact centre solution, CRM, website and other systems as necessary, using APIs and other methods. Manage platform-related tasks including security and maintenance. Ensure compliance with our ISMS and other relevant security standards to protect our systems and data. Work collaboratively with other stakeholders, such as Product Owners, Business Analysts, Project Managers, DevOps, Conversational Specialists and QA, to ensure that our systems are aligned with business needs and goals. Work closely with the relevant development teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of our applications, and to manage a continuous delivery and deployment pipeline, enabling the team to rapidly release new features in a secure manner. Proactively recommend ways to improve the performance and effectiveness of our chat bots within reasonable ROI considerations. Personal Requirements to Meet Position Objectives: . A Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, mathematics, or a closely related field. Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as JavaScript or Python. Strong understanding of chatbot development platforms, such as Dialogflow, and experience with machine learning frameworks such as Tensorflow. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong knowledge of information security principles and ability to ensure compliance with ISMS policies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, demonstrable ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and to work effectively in a team environment. Has a growth mindset, and a passion for learning and staying up to date with developments in relevant technologies.
