Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Mobile App Development: Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications
using Flutter and Dart. Ensure that applications are user-friendly, responsive,

and performant across diVerent devices and platforms.

UI/UX Implementation: Work closely with designers to implement user
interfaces that are visually appealing and intuitive. Ensure that applications

provide a seamless user experience.

Backend Integration: Integrate mobile applications with backend services using
RESTful APIs. Ensure that data is securely transmitted and stored, and that

applications function smoothly with server-side components.

Code Quality: Write clean and maintainable code. Follow best practices for
version control using Git, and participate in code reviews to ensure code quality

and consistency.

Testing and Debugging: Perform unit testing, integration testing, and debugging
to identify and resolve issues in the codebase. Work closely with testers to

ensure that applications meet quality standards.

Collaboration: Collaborate with system analysts, designers, and other
developers to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that meet

business needs. Participate in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily

stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Performance Optimization: Monitor and optimize the performance of mobile
applications, including memory usage, battery consumption, and load times.

Implement best practices to enhance the overall performance of applications.

Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best
practices in mobile development and the Flutter ecosystem. Share knowledge

with the team and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering,
Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in mobile app development,
with a strong focus on Flutter and Dart development.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Flutter, Dart, and mobile app development for
both Android and iOS platforms. Experience with RESTful API integration and

backend services. Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git.

Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to
work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills
