Location : Bangsar South Office

Job Responsibilities:

Software development for Athena web and mobile related project. Ensure development job with quality assurance. Develop and maintain server-side logic, APIs, and databases to support the frontend. Design and implement user-friendly, responsive, and visually appealing web interfaces using modern frontend technologies Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality products. Troubleshoot and resolve full stack issues, optimizing the flow of data and ensuring smooth communication between systems. Implement automated testing strategies for both frontend and backend components. Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from initial concept to deployment and maintenance, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and quality assurance processes. Conduct regular code reviews, performance evaluations, and technical assessments to ensure high-quality deliverables and continuous improvement. Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in payroll software development, leveraging new tools and techniques to enhance our products and services. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the development team, promoting knowledge sharing, teamwork, and professional growth.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in software development, with a proven track record of leading teams in delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Strong proficiency in .NET Framework, C#, MSSQL, and React Native, with hands-on experience in building scalable web and mobile applications. Experience in the payroll domain is highly desirable, with knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and compliance requirements. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional collaborations. Strong problem-solving abilities, analytical thinking, and attention to detail, with a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting to changing priorities and business needs while maintaining a focus on innovation and continuous improvement Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
