Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced

Software Developer

to join one of our

banking clients

in Kuala Lumpur for a

12-month contract

role. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in

application development

,

AML/CFT domain

, and

modern web technologies

.

Responsibilities:

Translate business strategy into technical strategy and define architecture solutions. Lead software development, enhancement, and integration projects. Ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance with banking policies. Design and implement applications using web, middleware, and database technologies. Work with Docker and Kubernetes for containerized deployments. Develop and review SIT test plans and support UAT. Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system stability. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for project delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent. Minimum 12 years in application development (preferably banking). At least 10 years in

AML/CFT domain

. Experience in

solutioning, project delivery, and stakeholder management

. Knowledge of

web technologies, IT infrastructure, access management, and security

. Familiarity with

Docker, Kubernetes, Web and DB servers

. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Advanced knowledge of

AML/CFT framework

.
