Position : Software Developer Lead

Salary : RM 7,000 - RM 9,000

Location : Damansara Uptown

Working Days / Time : 8.30am - 5.30pm

Job summary

Analyze business needs, define system requirements, and support the development and improvement of IT solutions.

Responsibility

Lead, guide, and mentor the software development team.

Plan, assign, and track development tasks and projects.

Review code and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and propose solutions.

Oversee system architecture, design, and implementation.

Troubleshoot and resolve critical technical issues.

Prepare technical documentation and progress reports.

Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.

Requirement

Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

At least 3-5 years of experience in software development.

Proven experience in leading or managing development teams.

Strong programming skills in C#, .NET, and .NET Core.

Solid understanding of system architecture, databases, and CI/CD pipelines.

Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.

Good communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder relationships.

Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
