Core Responsibilities
Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to perform
end-to-end IT application support
, including diagnosis, troubleshooting, recovery, and enhancements following SOP and SLA.
Perform
system maintenance
and coordinate
SIT/UAT/Regression Testing, production testing, and DR activities
.
Configure and maintain
automated system alerts
and conduct proactive system monitoring.
Support
application batch runs and UAT batch runs
upon approval.
Execute
TCP port resets
upon authorization.
Work closely with vendors on unresolved incidents.
Manage
incident logging, ticket queues, tracking, and status reporting
, ensuring timely escalation.
Review, contribute, and track
root cause analysis (RCA)
and corrective actions.
Investigate issues, document findings, propose solutions, and notify relevant teams of recurring risks.
Provide regular status updates and incident/problem reports to management and stakeholders.
Support planned and unplanned activities, including
standby for high-severity incidents
.
Assist in
production deployments, system upgrades, technology refresh, and migrations
.
Coordinate and support
system integration testing
with GT partners and business units.
Prepare operational reports, audit data, and ticket summaries for management and regulators.
Participate in
continuous improvement initiatives
, process enhancements, and sharing best practices.
