Your Role and Impact

As a Software Developer (Automation Software Development), you will be at the forefront of developing AI-powered solutions to replace manual operations, helping our clients build smarter, more efficient factories. You will collaborate with industry experts and cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless deployment and optimization of automation software in customer environments. What You'll Do

Take part in the design and development of automation programs, focusing on tools and machines in the semiconductor industry. Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams to understand existing manual processes and devise automated solutions. Deploy and test automation software on-site, working closely with customer teams to ensure smooth operation. Be part of continuous innovation by integrating AI, RPA, and remote-control technologies into automation systems.

What We're Looking For

Must be legally eligible to work in Penang, Malaysia without the need for a work pass or visa sponsorship. Minimum Poly, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields. Proficiency in Python with experience in RPA, remote control tools, and virtualization (KVM). Familiarity with Databases, Docker, Git, APIs, and message queues is essential. Experience in AI or machine learning is highly desirable. Knowledge of semiconductor processes or experience in deploying automation in industrial environments.
Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to see projects through to completion. Excellent communication skills; English proficiency is required, and Chinese communication skills are preferred for interacting with clients from China. Ability to collaborate effectively with team members at all levels.
