Support the digitalization initiatives within the Quality Management department.
Develop applications that transform raw data into actionable insights for informed decision-making.
Develop and customize applications using Microsoft Power Apps to support quality processes.
Automate workflows using Power Automate for data collection and reporting.
Create dashboards and reports using Power BI for real-time quality performance monitoring.
Collaborate with Quality Management and IT teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
Test and troubleshoot applications to ensure functionality and user experience.
Document development processes and provide user training materials.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues arising from existing Power Platform applications.
Qualifications

• Academic qualification: Bachelor degree in Information Technology/ Compuer Science/ Software Engineering
• IT skills: Microsoft Power Platform
• Language skills: English and Bahasa Melayu
• Other qualifications: Minimum 24-week internship period, familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools, ability to showcase past projects developed using Power Platform or other platforms, strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
