An exciting Software Developer- Team Lead job has become available at a multinational, large investment, startup manufacturing and production company to be based in Kulim, Kedah, leading a team of engineers and reporting directly to Quality Data Management Manager.

About the Software Developer- Team Lead Role:
This Software Developer- Team Lead is responsible for managing the quality and production data, lead the industry-leading quality control and PCS system development and maintenance, support urgent analysis requirement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be involved in overall quality data management system's architecture design, planning, functional module design and participate in analysis, system design, database design, etc.
• Continuously improve the technologies of the quality data management system
• Learn the manufacturing process in advanced in order to achieve the objectives/target
• Plan and schedule the work/task according to the date line/with appropriate timeline
• Prepare and develop related help files, manuals, procedures, training documents in order to provide theoretical support
• Report to manager regularly according to the detail task, continuously working on it and ensure the accuracy of the system according to the given direction
• Lead and educate the team in order to improve their technical skills

The successful candidate must have at least seven years of experience as a software developer in .Net technologies in any domain.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's/master's degree in software engineering/information technology/information system/computer sciences or equivalent
• Familiar with .NET Framework, proficient in C#, familiar with web development language such as JavaScript, Html, Div+CSS
• Familiar with popular front-end scripting frameworks, such as JQuery
• Familiar with SQL server database, independently according to business demand to finish T-SQL, Store Procedure, Functions, Views, etc.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal/external customers
• Excellent organisational time management skills
• Strong ability of learning, logical thinking, problem solving, good team spirit
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Must be able to travel for on job training about three to six months
