Job Description
Lead a team of software developers (including oneself) to design, develop and maintain software. \xef\x82\x9f Mentor developers to increase in house knowledge and drive toward self-sustainability. \xef\x82\x9f Keeping abreast of new software technologies, as well as conforming to best practices in coding. \xef\x82\x9f Implementing and maintaining development framework. \xef\x82\x9f Consulting with management and Software Developers to determine software solution requirements. \xef\x82\x9f Evaluating software solutions and system performance, as well as supervising the software development team. \xef\x82\x9f Demonstrating patience and using effective explanations when mentoring Junior Software Developers. \xef\x82\x9f Managing the development, deployment, and integration of software solutions.
