We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Software Development Manager, based in Tricor Roots Business Intelligence Sdn Bhd, Malaysia. Reporting to the Executive Director, this full-time and permanent position is based in Kuala Lumpur and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our business and its\' growth.

Key responsibilities:

Product Development Management

• Be part of the Development team to design and setup development framework of the new and exciting web environments.
• To continuously and actively contribute to the advancement of the product\'s innovation, stability and quality.
• Ensures all development is of high quality and comply with the required specifications.
• Assists in product enhancement, maintenance and development of the applications in accordance to the latest trend and requirement.
• To be able to work with the development team and to involve in the product design, coding, testing and release to production.
• Makes presentations to larger groups.
• Assists in improving the development methodologies and processes to maximize productivity.
• Helps the team to understand the technical approach so that they can apply these principles.

P&L Responsibilities:

• To maintain staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results.

People Management:

• To lead the team assigned tasks and project deliverables within the timeline
• Manage and allocate resources on the projects.

Clients Relationship:

• Able to lead and stimulate effective meetings with internal clients to understand customers\' needs and translate those requirements into functional solutions.
• To ensure timely release of assigned products and project deliverables.

Key requirements

• Must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering/Mathematics or its equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years relevant working experience.
• Experience in ASP.NET MVC or MSSQL will be an added advantage
• Knowledge and experience in C# .net web development with strong MS SQL Server programming, Ajax, BootStrap, JQuery, CSS, etc
• Pleasant personality.
• Proactive and positive nature.
• Must possess management, good communication, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Malay.
• Able to work independently and multi-task as well as a good team player.
• Good interpersonal skills and able to work as a team.
• Good sense of urgency and able to work under pressure within tight deadlines.
• Meticulous and detail-oriented person.
