About the Role
:We are seeking a Software Development Technical Director who are
experienced
in modern web architectures, cloud platforms, strong people management and presales experience
.Key Responsibilities
:Solution Architecture & Development:
Oversee the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions.
Strong background in software architecture
(microservices, cloud native development, headless)
.Back End Tech Stack: Java Spring Boot, Node JS.
Front End Tech Stack
:React JS / Vue JS
. Ensure best practices in DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud technologies.Technology Strategy & Leadership
:Define and implement technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Lead the adoption of modern content management, microservices and AI-driven innovations. Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to drive competitive advantage.
People & Stakeholder Management
:Lead and mentor technology teams across Malaysia and Hong Kong, fostering a high-performance culture. Build and scale teams, ensuring effective talent management and development.
Presales:
Involve in Presales to provide technical consultation to potential clients.
Key Requirements
:Strong background in software architecture
(microservices, cloud native development, headless)
.Back End Tech Stack: Java Spring Boot, Node JS.
Front End Tech Stack
:React JS / Vue JS
.Experience in Technical Presales is required
.Experienced in cloud platforms - AWS, GCP, Azure
etc.Must be able to communicate in Cantonese to liaise with Hong Kong clients.
