Our team is looking for a Software Engineer who can handle related activities on all messaging integration processes. You will also provide third level day-to-day operation support, and help investigate and resolve incidents, which were not resolved in second level support. Sometimes, issues might get tricky and this is where cooperation on troubleshooting with other IT support teams and specialists will come into play. Having said this, you will put your analytical skills in a good use here in this team.

As a Software Engineer, you will also be responsible to handle multiple project activities such performing analysis, coding, documentation preparation, and involved in problem management. Quality is an important factor hence it is your job to ensure all deployments are with highest standards required.

For any issues related to messaging and integration within the DHL Group environment, you are our superhero. The same applies when it comes to managing, proposing and implementing all necessary changes to production environment in all IT Services Data Centers and premises, providing global availability to key DHL Group services.

As a Software Engineer, having development knowledge on IBM Websphere MQ and App Connect Enterprise (ACE) especially using ESQL is a huge plus. Very good knowledge of Database especially Oracle as well as Linux commands and scripting will also be an integral part of this role. You will also need to have other knowledges such as Bash Shell scripting, SOAP Web services, familiar with XML, JSON and TDS Structures, Message sets creation and DFDL Creations. Any experience working on production area such as SLA related ticket handling, incident management and some level of infrastructure knowledge is highly welcome as part of our DevSecOps journey.

You are able to work independently, prioritize and organize your tasks under time and workload pressure. Working in a multinational environment, you can expect cross-region collaboration with teams around the globe, thus being advanced in spoken and written English will be certainly useful.
