We're looking for a passionate and proactive

Software Engineer

who's eager to grow and contribute to real-world application development. In this role, you'll support system architecture, enhance existing applications, and ensure secure, efficient data operations across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Bug Resolution & Issue Management

Deliver bug-fix solutions within

2 working days

for non-critical issues. Resolve

critical issues within 3 hours

to minimize downtime and impact.

Customer Communication

Respond to internal/external customer emails within

1 working day

to maintain smooth service delivery.

Application Development

Assist in developing new programs and improving existing systems. Contribute to designing

secure, scalable, and efficient architectures

.

Data Security & Transfer

Ensure all data transfers are encrypted (SFTP/HTTPS). Manage scheduled data uploads/transfers to clients.

System Maintenance & Housekeeping

Archive images older than 7 years from production servers quarterly. Participate in

annual user access rights reviews

to maintain data integrity.

Project Support

Support timely delivery of software development and enhancement projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth integration.

Requirements

Technical Skills:

Proficient in

VB, .NET, or C#

programming. Strong in

SQL Server

and

SQL Stored Procedures

. Hands-on experience with

HTML, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and CSS3+

. Knowledge of

Windows Services/Applications

,

SFTP/HTTPS

, and

Git

.

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. Good communication and teamwork skills. Able to work independently under pressure and meet deadlines.
