Our client is an established IT infrastructure and cybersecurity service provider, located in Kota Damansara, PJ and is looking for motivated and detail-oriented individual to join the team as a Level 1 NOC Support Technician. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing front-line support for our customers\' network and infrastructure, as well as monitoring and maintaining the performance and availability of the network. Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage network performance, availability, and utilization using a variety of tools and technologies.
Respond to customer support requests in a timely and professional manner.
Resolve technical issues related to network performance, connectivity, and configuration.
Document network issues and resolutions in a clear and concise manner.
Escalate complex issues to higher level support technicians as necessary.
Maintain and update network inventory and documentation.
Participate in rotating 24 hour on-call coverage for after-hours and weekend support.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of networking technologies, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and routing protocols.
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot network issues at a basic level.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
Prior experience in a NOC support role is preferred.
Industry certifications such as CCNA or CompTIA Network+ are a plus.
