RESPONSIBILITIES

• You will be a part of supporting greater development efforts on our price comparison website that serves eight countries across Southeast Asia - working to develop, test and deploy codes to further improve and optimize the quality of our platform.
• Collaborating closely within the cross functional teams (data engineering team, operational teams etc.) to deliver incremental results regularly on our platforms.
• Writing efficient, maintainable code to meet requirements and adhere to security standards.
• Maintain a high-quality standard of our data ingestion and processing pipelines, reliably handling data in many different formats and structures
• Deliver incremental results live on our site on a weekly basis with the support of a cross-functional agile team
• Take full ownership for the delivery and quality of Full Stack projects solving real problems
• Collaborate closely with product & data teams to translate requirements into technical designs
• Develop, test and deploy code that is part of a product used by millions of people every month
• Quickly debug and analyze issues that affect the performance and usability of our platforms

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor / Diploma in Computer Science Degree or similar
• 3+ years\' Experience in PHP programming Language, especially PHP 7+.
• 3+ years\' experience in PHP Framework such as Laravel, Symfony, and Yii Framework
• Experience in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
• Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts
• Good analytical & problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with No SQL and SQL databases such as MongoDB, ElasticSearch, MySQL, PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with GraphQL
• Familiarity with Source Control tools like Git
• Awareness of Continuous Delivery, Continuous Integration and Unit Test
• Awareness of Cloud Services such as AWS, Azure and GCP
• Basic understanding about agile development methodology (SCRUM)

A PLUS POINT IF YOU HAVE

• Familiarity with task runner and asset bundler such as Gulp, Webpack and Mix
• Familiarity with the Linux command line interface
• Familiarity with performance optimization
