Get to Know the Role
As a Software Engineer within the Concedo team, you will report directly to the Engineering Manager, and you will work on authentication and authorization projects. You should come with an AI-first mindset, ready to embrace modern coding practices and use AI tooling like GitHub Copilot to build smarter, faster, and more efficient solutions.
The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You will collaborate with the team to design, develop, and test secure authentication and authorization features for Grab's internal tools.
• You will dive deep into AI-driven development practices, leveraging tools like GitHub Copilot to enhance your coding workflow.
• You will conduct research and implement innovative solutions to improve access control mechanisms.
• You will debug and optimize code to ensure performance, scalability, and security.
• You will participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining high-quality standards.
• You will engage with team discussions to brainstorm and propose creative ideas for future enhancements.

Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Open to fresh graduates and early entry talents
• Basic knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Go, or any other modern language.
• A proactive and curious mindset with a passion for learning and applying AI-driven development tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about complex systems.
