Our Object Storage is S3 compatible and positioned for multiple data-intensive use cases - including backend for backup and archive, big data analytics, and several others across industry verticals. We are an agile fast-moving Lyve Cloud Engineering team, responsible for building, operating, and managing Seagate\xe2\x80\x99s cloud infrastructure, API and fully automated CI/CD pipeline. About the role - you will:
- Define, design, and build high-quality software solutions while evangelizing technologies, solutions, and best practices
- Collaborate with product management teams to ensure we\'re building the best products
- Be involved and actively contribute to technical discussions
- Contribute new ideas to improve the software solutions
About you:
- Self-driven, proactive, and out of the box thinker
- Adaptable to fast-paced, dynamic work environments and shifting demands
- Fast learner and craving for new learning opportunity (Golang, Microservices, Kubernetes)
- Highly collaborative, team-oriented and an effective communicator
- Flexible and demonstrate strong judgment/decision-making skills
Your experience includes:
- Knowledge of object-oriented programming and database technologies
- Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Passionate to learn new and cutting-edge technology
