• Develop and implement responsive websites from scratch
• Create and implement RESTful Web API and services
• Collaborate closely with Team Leader, Tech Lead, UX designers, vendors, and offshore development teams to enhance in-house or external systems through software design, coding, and quality control, ensuring operational requirements, performance, and scalability are met
• Offer support to business users, including bug fixing, minor enhancements, and fine-tuning to meet operational needs and ensure smooth daily operations
• Follow Agile software team practices such as Scrum
• Prepare comprehensive documentation including technical design, release notes, user manuals, and configuration manuals, adhering to ISO documentation standards

• Possess a Bachelor\'s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Have at least 3 years of experience in software development focusing on web-based applications
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java 8 and above
• Familiar with frameworks like Apache Camel, Docker platform, AWS, and Kafka
• Experienced in working with databases such as Oracle DB, MSSQL, MYSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis
• Skilled in data formats including JSON, XML, EDIFACT, and AS2
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate in regional or local languages
• Capable of understanding and analyzing user pain points and requirements effectively
• Excellent problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
• Preference given to candidates with experience in WebMethod development
