Our client is a market leader in the Financial Services industry. They are expanding the capabilities of the Technical Team and looking forward in hiring the experts and skillful talents in the market to join them on a permanent basis.
Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, design, train and monitor developers within modules/sub-project to ensure project requirements are met.
• Review and recommend appropriate solutions, lead and advising a solution framework within the broad project direction to achieve project\xe2\x80\x99s goal.
• Ability to co-ordinate multi-teams (e.x. customers, internal functional and technical SMEs), to understand business requirements, technical design and preparing of technical specifications
• Perform code development when necessary and to ensure that the codes developed meets project requirement and development best practice.
• Produce quality deliverables according to the quality standard by employing quality assurance tools and methodology.
• Resolve issues to ensure timely resolution and within SLA and quality standards by applying logical thinking & problem-solving skills

Requirements:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant.
• Min 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Java application development and software design.
• Exposure in banking or FinTech industry will be added advantage.
• Expertise in RESTfulAPI, SQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle etc.
• Exposure in Java MVC frameworks such as Spring Boot.
• Experience in various Java EE frameworks and design patterns. Preferably on Micro services architecture.
• Working experience on Docker, Kubernetes, Spring Boot, open-source RDBMS, NoSQL, Event oriented system will be added advantage.
• Good verbal and written communication in English, technical, analytical, troubleshooting, and consultative skills.
• Knowledge of Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
