Applies specialized knowledge to conceptualize, design, develop, unit-test, configure, and implement portions of new or enhanced (upgrades or conversions) business and technical software solutions through application of appropriate standard software development life cycle methodologies and processes. Interacts with the Client and project roles (e.g., Project Manager, Business Analyst, Data Engineer) as required, to gain an understanding of the business environment, technical context, and organizational strategic direction. Defines scope, plans, and deliverables for assigned components. Understands and uses appropriate tools to analyze, identify, and resolve business and or technical problems. Applies metrics to monitor performance and measure key project parameters. Prepares system documentation. Conforms to security and quality standards. Stays current on emerging tools, techniques, and technologies.

Responsibilities:

As part of a delivery team, you will be involved in projects at several stages from development to testing phases.

You will work closely with the team in Malaysia and also with the rest of he worldwide teams.

You are expected to adhere to the local regulation and compliance in accordance with HPE customers.

Education and Experience Required:

Technical Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 3 years of related experience or a Master\'s degree and up to 5 years of experience.

Knowledge and Skills:

Basic knowledge of a project execution

Knowledge and experience in Operating System Linux

Knowledge and experience in at least one development language (C, Java, etc.)

Good verbal and written communication skills

Interest in IT industry

Ability to comprehend and write in English. Ability to communicate with worldwide engineers via e-mail (over a call is a plus)

Strong intention for working in Japanese environment
(Chinese mandarin nice to have)

Telecom industry service experience and core network knowledge is a plus
