We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Software Engineer, based in our Tricor, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Reporting to the Manager, this full-time and permanent position is based in Malaysia and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make a significant impact to our growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Contribute to the ongoing evolution of the existing applications and services.
• Design, develop, modify, implement, and support software components anywhere in the Software stack.
• Determine root cause for the most complex software issues and develop practical, efficient, and permanent technical solutions.
• Remain current on new technologies; Evaluate and make recommendations as necessary.
• Determine process improvements, best practices, and develop new processes.
• Work in close partnership with cross-functional teams and management.

Key requirements:

• Local Malaysian
• Able to speak and write in English & Malay.
• Good knowledge of C#, ASP.NET, MVC.NET, .NET Core, LINQ, Entity Framework, MS SQL (Stored Procedure), Azure SQL, HTML5, CSS, Ajax, Bootstrap, Javascript, JQuery, Node.js, AngularJS, Web API, Docker, Git.
• Broad experience in designing, programming and implementing enterprise systems
• Ability to provide in-depth evaluation and analysis of unique complex technological issues
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of duties.
• Ability to document business requirements and convert into technical solution design
• Ability to correctly identify technical problems and research for solutions.
• Experience in Continuous Integration/Continuous Development (CI/CD) and application containerization will be added advantage
• Experience in Agile or Certification in Agile will be an advantage.
• Minimum 1-2 years\' experience in Software Design & Development
• Diploma/Higher Diploma/ Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science
