Position : Manager, System Engineering Department : Business Technology Report to : Head, Business Technology Summary: * Java, Microservices/ Spring Boot * Google Cloud Platform, Flutter, Jira * Management 30% * Technical 70% * Agile Methodology Oversee IT systems of the Company and to enhance IT systems\xe2\x80\x99 efficiency. Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with Head, Business Technology, project managers, business analysts, infrastructure, vendors, and other stakeholders \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop flowcharts, layouts and documentation to identify requirements and solutions \xe2\x80\xa2 Write well-designed, testable code \xe2\x80\xa2 Integrate software components into a fully functional software system \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures \xe2\x80\xa2 Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing system \xe2\x80\xa2 Participate in requirement gathering, design, coding and implementation of back-end. Platform development, which included features enhancements, new functionalities, and back-end system integration \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with project team to prepare technical specifications \xe2\x80\xa2 Proactively manage stakeholder communication related to deliverables, risks, changes and dependencies \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead a team of web and mobile developers deliver front-end solutions for distribution channels and customers \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven track record in delivering high quality programming solutions at scale, on time, in cost.
