Key Responsibilities

Provide software support and solutions for customer modification requests on new and retrofit machines. Develop, test, and qualify machine software to ensure stability, quality, and compliance with customer requirements. Collaborate with engineering teams to align hardware-software interfaces and meet system performance targets. Participate in project kick-offs and follow up on preventive actions for past quality issues. Support machine installation, testing, and buyoff at customer sites. Conduct training sessions and share technical knowledge within the software team. Handle other related assignments as required.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Computer, Software, Mechatronics, or Robotics), Computer Science, or equivalent. Strong programming skills in

Minimum

4 years of experience

in the semiconductor or machine automation industry. Able to manage multiple projects and perform under pressure. Willing to work extra hours, weekends, or public holidays when needed, and travel for site support. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. Self-motivated, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning and improvement.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
