You will have opportunities to work on android driver apps that are used by millions of driver partners everyday. It is very important that our team members identify problems and have the right mindset and skills to solve them.This is a hybrid role and will report intoSenior Software Engineering Manager.The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Develop mobile components using Java, Kotlin, and Flutter to enhance Grab\'s Driver App services.
• Investigate and improve Driver app stability and application performance.
• Collaborate with the backend team to create modular, reusable components and scalable APIs.
• Partner with product and experience teams to finalise feature specifications and design experiments.
• Participate in code reviews and on-call rotations to ensure high development standards and improve system stability.

QualificationsWhat Essential Skills You Will Need

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Android app development, with a portfolio of live apps demonstrating the ability to manage the full app development lifecycle
• You will need an understanding of Kotlin and Java and hands-on experience with Android SDKs.
• You will have experience with Android frameworks and libraries, demonstrating practical application
• You will have sound proficiency in algorithms and data structures
• You will analyze problems, brainstorm efficient solutions, and debug code is important for this role
