Finology, a FinTech & InsurTech company in Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia), is looking for a React-Js lead to join our fast-paced Engineering Team. Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing and developing a team of highly skilled developers \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing the delivery of multiple complex simultaneous system development projects from design through to release \xe2\x80\xa2 Working closely with Delivery & Business Analysts to produce accurate delivery estimates and manage the transition from analysis through to design and delivery \xe2\x80\xa2 Working closely with Delivery Management to ensure the handling of any delivery risks or issues \xe2\x80\xa2 Participating in reviews and meetings and provide updates on project progress \xe2\x80\xa2 Supporting project resource scheduling and department capacity planning \xe2\x80\xa2 Taking responsibility for making key decisions to ensure the successful implementation of all initiatives \xe2\x80\xa2 Directing the development team in the design, development, coding, testing and debugging of applications \xe2\x80\xa2 Writing testable, scalable and efficient code and leading code reviews \xe2\x80\xa2 Mentoring junior team members and ensuring they adhere to determined software quality standards Qualifications & Skills: \xe2\x80\xa2 Relevant degree in Software Engineering \xe2\x80\xa2 Relevant experience of about 6 to 8 years \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong technical ability & knowledge of data structures & algorithms \xe2\x80\xa2 Good and Effective written and verbal communication. Able to give clear instructions and expectations \xe2\x80\xa2 Good multitasking and organisational skills to manage projects demands and timelines \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to maintain a healthy working environment, morale and communication among your team members \xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools \xe2\x80\xa2 Good understanding of software engineering concepts \xe2\x80\xa2 Professional experience coding in ReactJs \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap
