Job Title: Software Engineering - Quality Engineer (Tester)

: Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle.

Mandatory Skills (Core to the role)

Full Stack Development exposure

- Knowledge of both frontend & backend technologies.
- Likely includes Java, .NET, Python, Node.js, React, Angular, etc. (depending on company tech stack).

Application Lifecycle Management (ALM)

- Experience across design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance.

Ecosystem Integration

- Hands-on with APIs, microservices, CI/CD pipelines, cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP), DevOps tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes).

Agile / Multi-disciplinary Team Planning

- Working in Agile/Scrum teams, sprint planning, cross-functional collaboration.

Quality Engineering

- Embedding automation, testing, and monitoring to drive software quality.

Secondary Skills (Good-to-have / value add)

UI/UX awareness

- Not core dev, but appreciation for user experience in full-stack solutions.

Security practices

- Secure coding, vulnerability assessment, compliance (e.g., OWASP, DevSecOps).

Performance & Scalability

- Load testing, tuning apps for high traffic.

Observability / Monitoring

- Tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk.

Domain knowledge

- Banking/Insurance/Telecom/etc. depending on the employer.

Leadership & Coaching

- Ability to guide multi-disciplinary teams, mentor juniors.

Secondary = UX, Security, Monitoring, Performance, Domain expertise, Leadership.
