Job Responsibilities Provide technical leadership to ensure the delivery of complex solutions and web-technologies implementation for a digital bank. Lead and support the technical delivery and implementation of the digital banking platforms. Spearhead digital transformation by driving changes in dgital business and technology. Empower and cultivate the team in building the capabilities of individuals to achieve functional excellence. Support and mentor developers, architects and analysts. Job Requirements 15+ years technical and delivery experience, preferably in a banking or retail banking environments Hands-on experience on web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and React.js framework Solid understanding in web application security (such as authentication, authorisation, session management and data security) Experience in web analytic implementation Proficiency in using monitoring tools to identify web application performance bottlenecks and performing optimisation across various layers. Understanding on modularisation architecture, web security and web app performance, Web app Unit Test framework and CI/CD deployment will be an added advantage Mandatory experience in Shell scripting, Artifactory, Rocket Aldon, Clearcase, Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, Control M Experienced in Waterfall or Agile delivery methodology.
