JOB DETAILS

Project Implementation

To involve in the project implementation life cycle. To involve in documentation gathering. To involve in designing automation processes based on a customer's requirements. Using the RPA tools to code and resolve the issues during the automation process. To analyze the design and automation code. Documenting the process for automation.
Technical Support

To provide technical support to the customer. To perform technical root cause analysis for the given problems and feedback from our incorporated customer and end-user. Outlining a corrective action plan to improve the product's functionality.
Software Development and Deployment

Developing standard software solutions and system components and integrating these into existing and new designs. Participate in peer code reviews by providing comments and suggestions. Actively champion new ideas and features to team members. To document designs with ample comments, reports, descriptions, issue tracking, and resolution. To support customer feedback and QA Testing.
General

Work cross-functionality with various teams and people of different skillsets. Complete assigned tasks on time and with high quality. To serve as a mentor to the juniors. To perform other duties at the discretion of superior and/or management.

REQUIREMENTS

Possesses a bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent. At least 2 years and above working experience in related field. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent team player, good communication and interpersonal skill. With RPA certificates such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism is an added advantage. Good understanding of RPA concepts, tools, and technologies. Required skills: Basic knowledge of programming languages like Java, Python and SQL queries. Work independently, team player and good initiative.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
