Requirements
Requirements:
1. Empower Your Expertise: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
2. Preferable of 2 years of software development experience in a professional setting (may vary based on role level). However. fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
3. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, JavaScript, or Go.
4. Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, React, Angular, Vue.js).
5. Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, and software design patterns.
6. Familiarity with database technologies (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
8. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities

Responsibilities:
1. Software Development: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for new features, bug fixes, and improvements across multiple work platforms.
2. System Design: Contribute to the architecture and design of scalable systems and applications, ensuring they meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
3. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that align with the business goals.
4. Code Review & Best Practices: Participate in peer code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and continuous improvement of software development processes.
5. Testing & Debugging: Create and maintain automated tests to ensure code quality, reliability, and scalability; debug and resolve issues in a timely manner.
6. Deployment & Monitoring: Assist with the deployment of software and monitor application performance in production to ensure smooth user experiences.
