Job Responsibilities :

Technical Writer & Trainer will be responsible for creating technical documents, manuals, tutorials, and syllabi, as well as conducting training sessions for new employees in the organization. The candidate will be expected to work closely with cross-functional teams to create and deliver training programs that are both effective and engaging.

Responsibilities:

• Develop technical training programs according to organizational requirements
• Create training material such as presentations, worksheets, and user manuals
• Conduct training sessions, webinars, and workshops for groups or individuals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date
• Research products, services, technology, or concepts to be documented and easily understood by a broad audience
• Write technical documents, manuals, tutorials, and syllabi that are clear, concise, and user-friendly
• Determine the overall effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed
• Keep and report data on completed courses, absences, and issues

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience as a technical writer and/or technical trainer
• Strong writing and editing skills, with an ability to explain technical concepts in simple and clear language
• Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat, and MadCap Flare
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to engage an audience
• Experience with e-learning platforms and virtual training tools
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
