About the Role Responsible for providing application development and support services to meet AIA\'s business needs Responsible for system implementation (design, coding, unit testing, troubleshooting, deployment, documentation) activities for internal policy administration system, including support for production defects/issues, projects and system enhancements. Work with business users/product managers in soliciting and understanding user requirements and translating requirements to system solutions. Ensure system delivery complies and conforms to standard operating processes defined (ie. system development life cycle, architecture/risk/security compliance, change management, etc.) Ensure system delivery meets user/system requirements, timeline and of good quality. Experience/Knowledge in COBOL programming is an added advantage
