About our group:We manage solutions that are required for Identity and Access Management (IAM). IAM is a framework of policies, technologies, and processes that helps to manage digital identities and access rights to resources within an organization. IAM helps organizations to improve security, increase operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Key deliveries including authentication, authorization, provisioning, federation, auditing and reporting.About the role - you will:The intern will be responsible for software design, code development, testing and produce documentation according to the requirement specifications, as well as Seagate development guidelines and processes. The intern will operate under moderate supervision and work closely with the team to ensure that the products meet functional specifications as well as deployment and performance criteria.o Review and understand requirements, provides time estimates for task completiono Design the software to meet every requirement item defined in requirement by applying sound software engineering principleso Code or translate software design into executable codes by applying coding best practices and design patterno Understanding API documentation and develop integration codes if requiredo Analyze application problems, recommend and develop solutionso Develop test cases and perform unit tests for the software under developmento Conduct peer reviews with other software developers and architectso Support codes promotion processo Ensure software development artifacts deliverables are complete and kept in proper repository e.g. documentation, source codes, supporting documentso Transform software requirement specification into executable software by applying the principles of software engineering to design, develop, maintenance and testingAbout you:xc2xb7 Demonstrated analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsxc2xb7 Demonstrated proficiency in English verbal, written and presentation communication skillsYour experience includes:xc2xb7 Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.xc2xb7 Familiar with Web Application development. Advantage if familiar with Java, Angular JS and/or Node JS.xc2xb7 Experience with database query language in any Relational Database Management System (RDMBS) such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, etc.Location:Location: Penang Malaysia Suntech
