1. Software Development

Assist in developing new features and modules for our CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) Support bug fixing, testing, and performance improvements Work with APIs, databases, and backend/frontend components depending on project needs

2. Report Development

Build and customize system reports based on user or management requirements Work with data extraction, formatting, and visualization (e.g. PDF, Excel, dashboard-style reports) Assist in validating data accuracy and ensuring user-friendliness of reports

3. Documentation

Prepare and maintain technical documentation for new and existing system features Create user guides or SOPs to support system onboarding and usage Document change logs and updates for internal reference
