Responsibilities:

Software Development:

Assist in developing new features and modules for our CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) Support bug fixing, testing, and performance improvements Work with APIs, databases, and backend/frontend components depending on project needs

Report Development:

Build and customize system reports based on user or management requirements Work with data extraction, formatting, and visualization (e.g,. PDF, Excel, dashboard-style reports) Assist in validating data accuracy and ensuring user-friendliness of reports.

Documentation:

Prepare and maintain technical documentation for new and existing system features Create user guides or SOPs to support system onboarding and usage Document change logs and updates for internal reference,
