Direct/Indirect Indicator: IndirectSummaryYou will join the Software/Firmware department of Celestica Global Design Services Team as a firmware development engineer.In this position, you will be responsible to design, develop, test various industry leading compute/storage products and deliver turn-key solutions to our hyper scalar/datacenter customers.Detailed DescriptionPerforms tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:

• Must be Self driven in learning the existing and new technical skills.
• Be collaborative with cross-functional teams and with our customers to deliver the best
• Ability to understand the Architecture, design, code from the product and solution perspective

Knowledge/Skills/CompetenciesStrong firmware programming skills- C, Python. * Good understanding of OS concepts (RTOS, Linux), system architecture.

• Strong embedded SW development and debugging skills
• Understanding of micro-controllers and typical communication mechanisms such as UART and/or I2C.
• Working experience in PCIe, one or more of Broadcom or any other chip is a plus.
