Position : Software Product Analyst Salary Range : RM 4,000 \xe2\x80\x93 RM 7,000 Location : Tropicana Garden Introduction We are looking for a talented product analyst. Your day-to-day will include agile delivery of new product innovative features with a focus on behavior driven development practices. You will work closely with all the product stakeholders comprising software developers, customer supports, sellers, partners, and buyers within our application ecosystem. Job Scope \xe2\x97\x8f Work with product owners to understand and uncover key needs, pains and product requirements. \xe2\x97\x8f Translating requirements of the product into workable user stories together with models, prototypes and user manuals. \xe2\x97\x8f Provides project reference by writing a detailed Product Requirement Document (PRD) which includes workflow diagram, process design and evaluating alternative solutions as needed. \xe2\x97\x8f Interact with tech lead/developer to understand application flow and limitations. \xe2\x97\x8f Support technology team during product development process. \xe2\x97\x8f Identify opportunities that can improve efficiency of business processes. \xe2\x97\x8f Demonstrates innovation when evaluating the business implications of technology solutions. \xe2\x97\x8f Ask smart questions, take risks and champion new ideas. Requirements \xe2\x97\x8f 3 or more years of product analyst related experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in technical writing for Fintech services industry. \xe2\x97\x8f Intermediate knowledge in software development, web applications, prototyping tools, and related subject matter. \xe2\x97\x8f Be passionate about resolving user pain points through great design. \xe2\x97\x8f Excellent strategic project management and time management skills. \xe2\x97\x8f Strong ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and responsibilities, and appropriately prioritize. \xe2\x97\x8f Logical, clear and concise written and verbal communication skills. \xe2\x97\x8f Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism. \xe2\x97\x8f Positive attitude, patient with people and willing to learn. \xe2\x97\x8f Team player mentality; bring teams and partners together to coordinate and align on initiatives and be able to build positive relationships \xe2\x97\x8f Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science/Information Technology or related field.
