Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities: To develop, code, test, and debug software applications according to project requirements. To collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze user needs and design efficient and effective software solutions. To write clean, maintainable, and scalable code that follows best practices and coding standards. To troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues, ensuring the functionality and performance of applications. To conduct system testing and integration testing to identify and resolve any inconsistencies or errors. To stay updated with emerging technologies, programming languages, and industry trends to continuously enhance skills and contribute to the improvement of software development processes. To document software designs, specifications, and technical documentation for reference and knowledge sharing. To participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers for continuous improvement. To collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical expertise, and support the implementation of software solutions. To adhere to project timelines and deliver high-quality work within the specified deadlines. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 3 years hands on working experience in Software Programming Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, PHP or JavaScript. Solid understanding of software development principles, methodologies, and best practices. Experience with software development tools, frameworks, and version control systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly grasp complex concepts. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Self-motivated with a passion for continuous learning and professional growth. 8. Able to handle Mobile Apps, Web programmers, Microsoft BC.
