Job Description

This role involves overseeing software project delivery within the telecom domain, acting as the primary contact for clients and ensuring successful execution across planning, cost, quality, and compliance. The Director will manage internal and external resources, drive customer satisfaction, and ensure alignment with industry standards and project goals.
Responsibilities:

• Act as the Project Director/Manager for BSS project delivery, serving as the main point of contact for the customer.
• Oversee project planning, cost control, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction throughout the delivery phase.
• Align front-end sales and back-end operations to ensure contract compliance and delivery excellence.
• Apply project management methodologies and tools to build and lead project teams.
• Develop and execute project operation and management plans, coordinate resources, and manage subcontractors.
• Ensure project scope, timeline, cost, quality, and profitability are met.
• Monitor project progress and delivery during implementation, ensuring compliance with internal management standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or related field.
• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in the Telco & IT industry.
• Familiarity with telecom software solutions such as NGBSS/BES, CRM, CBS is an advantage.
• Strong communication and team leadership skills.

Professional Knowledge:

• Proficient in project management domains including change, communication, financial, risk, progress, scope, and stakeholder management.
• Understanding of telecom project delivery models, contracts, procurement, and commercial operations.
• Experience with software products like NGBSS/BES, CBS, and OCS.
• Solid grasp of telecom industry principles and teamwork dynamics.
