Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with clients to gather and analyze requirements, and develop feasible project plans. Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project scope, handle change requests, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle. Organize and lead technical discussions, manage requirements, and resolve issues promptly. Conduct project retrospectives to optimize processes and improve delivery efficiency.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related field. Minimum 3 years of software development experience and 1 year of project management experience. Strong technical background, with hands-on experience in Java or .NET projects. Familiar with at least one major database (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, or Redis). Proficient in Agile project management, capable of sprint planning and progress tracking. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to work under pressure. PMP or Agile project management certification. Experience in handling international projects or cross-cultural teams. Willing to travel for short-term international assignments (low frequency).

Pay: RM15,000.00 - RM50,000.00 per month
