Key Responsibilities:

• Execute manual and automated test cases for web and mobile applications.
• Work with developers and product managers to define clear acceptance criteria and test requirements.
• Report bugs and track them through resolution using issue tracking tools.
• Document test results and provide feedback to the team on quality issues and improvements.
• Contribute to test plan creation, maintenance, and execution in collaboration with the QA Lead.
• Participate in sprint planning and QA discussions to ensure test coverage across features.
• Support regression testing during release cycles to ensure product stability.
• Maintain and improve automated testing scripts and frameworks.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in QA / software testing, with both manual and automation test responsibilities.
• Proficiency in English & Mandarin is a MUST.
• Familiarity with manual testing techniques and QA documentation practices.
• Basic understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies.
• Experience using issue tracking tools like JIRA or equivalent.
• Experience testing web applications (desktop + mobile); preferably some exposure to cross platform / responsive design.
• Strong understanding of software testing fundamentals: functional testing, regression, integration, system, usability.
• Ability to derive test cases from requirements / user stories.
• Good at identifying edge cases, negative testing, exploratory testing.
• Experience with REST APIs and API testing practices(e.g Postman, or other Backend testing tools).
• Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation.
• Hands on experience writing automated tests using at least one tool / framework (e.g. Selenium, Cypress, Playwright).
• Comfortable working with Mandarin documentation or test data.
