This is a full-time position located in Penang, Malaysia.Accountabilities:

• Develop Quality Management system that include processes, dashboards, metrics and automation to deliver world-class software quality.
• Develop processes to meet ISO:9001, and Functional Safety IEC:61508 and ISO:26262 requirements.
• Develop test plans, test scripts, RTL designs as test cases, and customer Use Cases to implement system and integration tests of FPGA Software.
• Develop software competitive analysis and benchmarking to identify software improvements.

Qualifications:

• BS/MS Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
• 8+ years of experience in Software Quality, including Quality system, process, validation and test debug.
• Strong logic design, system debug and scripting capability such as Python, Perl, c-shell, etc.
• Knowledge of FPGA/EDA software tools and operation flows, and RTL design flows.
• Knowledge of Software QA processes, dashboards, metrics, system automation and ISO:9001 process
• Knowledge of FPGA silicon features such as SERDES and DDR, Functional Safety IEC:61508 and ISO:26262 processes a plus
• Strong communication, and collaboration skills
• Strong customer service skills
