Job Description

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain testing tools; optimize testing processes to enhance efficiency. Participate in requirements design and analysis; formulate test plans and strategies; design test cases; execute tests; track issues; and compile test reports. Allocate testing resources effectively; manage quality risks across projects; drive issue resolution; and ensure product quality. Contribute to the establishment of the team's quality assurance system, including--but not limited to--functional testing, performance testing, API testing, automated testing, continuous integration, specialized testing, and production monitoring. Mentor a team of QA engineers and champion test automation framework.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, with over 5+ years of work experience and at least 2 years in a leadership or senior technical/QA role. Proven experience as a lead tester on large-scale projects; solid grounding in software testing theory; thorough understanding of testing processes; strong quality and compliance mindset; keen attention to detail to ensure comprehensive coverage. Mastery of common server-side and client-side (Web/App) testing techniques. Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Python, Java, Go, Node.js, or C++. Familiarity with at least one automated testing framework and its underlying principles Able to communicate with stakeholders in English & Mandarin. Extensive project testing experience; experience in internet platforms, e-commerce, finance, or brokerage technology companies is a plus.

Pay: RM12,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
