Think out of the box in designing and maintaining test cases to ensure all the edge cases are covered. Conduct functional testing for ensuring the deliverables are in line with functional use cases defined and feedback on discrepancies back to Project Owner & development team. Provide test documentation for the testing outcome with clear steps for reproducing the error, suggestions for the test coverage, and recommendations for enhancements. Contribute and participate in initiatives that improve processes and performance effectiveness. Assist in troubleshooting production issues if required. To be successful in this role, you will need to have: Degree in Computer Science / Computing / Software Engineering or relevant major. Basic knowledge of SQL / MYSQL. Basic knowledge of Webservices / APIs Preferably at least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field. Fresh Grad is welcome. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Detail-oriented, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and good communication skills. Able to work under tight deadlines with initiative and proactive to tasks assigned. Experience working in Agile development is a plus. Required language(s): English, Mandarin Huge advantage if you: Has years of experience in software testing. Has experience in automated testing tools such as Selenium.
