:

Position Title: Software Quality Assurance Tester (Mobile & Web)

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (On-site)

Role Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for both Mobile and Web applications.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and usability testing to ensure software meets quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with the development team to understand software requirements and design effective test strategies.
• Identify and report software defects, track them through to resolution, and verify fixes.
• Create and maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
• Participate in requirements and design reviews to provide feedback and ensure testability of the software.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in QA testing methodologies and tools.
• Work in an Agile development environment, actively participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of high-quality software.

Qualifications:

Qualification:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in QA testing, with a focus on both Mobile and Web applications.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Proficiency in creating and executing test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, or similar).
• Solid knowledge of Mobile testing frameworks, such as Appium or Selenium WebDriver for Mobile, and Web testing tools.
• Familiarity with Mobile platforms (iOS, Android) and their respective testing challenges.
• Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on testing.
• Ability to analyze requirements and design documentation to develop effective test strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• ISTQB or similar certification is a plus.
