About the Role
We're on the lookout for a team player to join our expanding team.
This isn't your typical sales job -- you'll be equipped with
AI-driven workflows
and
automation tools
to make outreach smarter, follow-ups faster, and pipelines cleaner.

You'll play a key role in
expanding our market presence
, engaging businesses across Malaysia, and showing them how ChatDaddy can transform their customer communication.
What You'll Do
You'll be at the heart of our growth engine -- reaching out, connecting, and closing.
Your main responsibilities include:
Reaching Out:
Proactively connect with potential clients via cold calls, emails, and social media to build new opportunities.
Product Demos & Presentations:
Deliver impactful, consultative demos that clearly show how ChatDaddy adds real business value.
Lead Qualification:
Assess prospects' needs, budgets, and decision-making readiness to maintain a high-quality pipeline.
Closing Deals:
Manage the full sales cycle -- from first contact to signed contract -- hitting monthly and quarterly goals.
Relationship Building:
Nurture strong, ongoing relationships with clients to drive retention, upsells, and referrals.
CRM & Automation Management:
Maintain accurate data in our CRM while continuously optimizing automation flows.
Stay Ahead:
Keep learning about SaaS sales, AI tools, and communication trends to refine your outreach and strategy.
What We're Looking For
You might be a great fit if you:
Have
2-3 years of sales experience
, ideally in SaaS, tech, or B2B environments.
Are an
excellent communicator
-- persuasive, clear, and confident in both written and spoken communication.
Are
comfortable using AI and automation tools
(CRM workflows, sequencing platforms, chatbot-assisted outreach, etc.).
Bring a
creative, strategic mindset
to sales -- finding ways to stand out in a crowded market.
Are
data-driven
, tracking metrics and optimizing based on performance.
Are
organized, results-oriented
, and love achieving (or exceeding!) targets.
Have genuine
curiosity about technology
and a passion for working smarter.
