Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with customers to understand their unique business needs and develop tailored implementation plans for our software solutions.
• Conduct on-site visits to customer locations in the region to oversee the software deployment process and provide hands-on support during implementation.
• Assist customers in setting up and configuring the software, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems and processes.
• Conduct comprehensive user training sessions, both in-person and remotely, to ensure customers are proficient in utilizing the software\'s features and functionalities.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide prompt resolutions, either independently or in coordination with the technical support team.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, offering guidance and best practices for optimizing their use of our software solutions.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and customer success teams to ensure seamless transition from pre-sales to onboarding and ongoing support.

• Proven experience in software implementation, preferably in a customer-facing role.
• Familiarity with the agriculture industry and its specific challenges and workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing customer requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively train and engage users of varying technical backgrounds.
• Willingness to travel extensively to customer sites within the region, approximately 50% of the time.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Familiarity with SaaS solutions and cloud-based technologies is a plus.
